Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Many of our garments are made to order or produced in limited releases.
Because of this, standard processing times are:

3–4 weeks for production

Additional shipping time depending on destination

Processing may be longer during high-volume periods or for custom pieces.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

We offer:

  • Standard shipping

  • Expedited shipping (when available)

  • Local delivery (for approved NYC ZIP codes)

3. Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within designated NYC ZIP codes.
If eligible, delivery options will appear at checkout.

Local delivery windows vary based on production status.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Expected delivery timeframe

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • High seasonal volume

We do not refund or compensate for carrier delays.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is missing:

  • Contact the carrier first

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact us if further assistance is needed

We cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered unless an internal exception is approved.

7. International Shipping

International shipping (if available) may require:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot predict or control customs charges.

Delays due to customs are outside our control.

8. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an address change is needed, contact us immediately.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

9. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, estimated timelines will be listed on the product page.
Shipping will begin once the item is complete.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together or separately at our discretion.
