Elwood A. Roberts serves as the founder and design director of Satire NYC. Originating from a small coastal town in Rhode Island and raised among artists, he formed an early connection to materiality and artistic discipline. His transition to New York marked the beginning of Satire—a platform where his technical skill and design perspective could take full expression.
Elwood leads the creative vision of the brand, directing the design of each garment with an emphasis on structure, intention, and precision. Guided by a commitment to careful construction and modern refinement, he shapes Satire into a studio defined by its clarity of purpose and elevated approach to craft.
Antonio Mosby (TJ):
Co-founder and Production
Antonio “TJ” Mosby is the co-founder and production lead of Satire NYC, contributing to the brand’s structural foundation and narrative presence. With over seven years of experience in music production, mixing, and engineering, TJ developed a precise understanding of tone, rhythm, and cultural direction—skills that now support Satire’s creative identity.
At Satire, TJ oversees marketing direction, brand storytelling, and the development of the brand’s sonic world. He guides how Satire is presented across platforms, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and intention in every public-facing touchpoint. His work strengthens Satire’s presence, maintaining a narrative that aligns with the brand’s values of rarity, discipline, and modern refinement.
