All sales are final.

Each piece we create is produced in limited quantities or made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, we recognize that rare circumstances may arise. If you believe there is an issue that requires review, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of our team.

Please note that:
• We do not accept returns based on sizing, fit, or change of preference.
• Approved cases—when they occur—must be authorized in writing before any item is sent back.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
